V2X requires individuals who are experienced in Special Access Program (SAP) and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security management and execution in accordance with the IC directives, NISPOM Series, DoD Sap Manual Series, and other applicable documents listed in Section 2 of the DD254.
Responsibilities
- The SAP Security Administrator Instructor must be a SME and able to assist the Government Team in all areas of SAP security administration and management including Review, Assessing, and implementing physical security, security management, personnel security, information security, information systems security, and operational security.
- Develop security training plans, policies, and procedures.
- The contractor shall be required to make documented recommendations/assessments, and develop written plans, policies, and procedures, that comply with DoD, Navy, and unit-level directives, instruction, regulations, and manuals as directed by the Government.
- The contractor must be able to complete all assigned tasks within timelines established in the applicable documents and / or as set forth by the PM.
- Serve as an SAP Security Administrator SME Trainer and Instructor.
- Stay informed of DoD, DoN and Fleet security policies and procedures.
- Provide classroom instructions, Mobile training team (MTT) assistance, and one on one teaching/instruction for security and other courses of instruction (COIs) covering a myriad of security policies, procedures, and supporting administrative software tools. References include DoD and DoN policies, SOPs, FFC, and other relevant procedures and policies.
- Manage classroom setup at main locations as well as mobile training classroom locations.
- Create course improvement products such as job sheets, how-to-guides or other course material tasked.
- Provide course of instruction IAW written lesson plans in a classroom environment as well as virtual environments that may include students world-wide in widely disparate time zones. This includes but is not limited to preparing lesson plans, testing materials and coordination with additional SMEs and trainers.
- Administer, assist and guide students through written and practical evaluations.
- Check on availability and conditions of classroom equipment needed. Take appropriate action to identify and fill gaps in training/classrooms requirements.
- Test and evaluate student performance IAW the COI testing plan. Provide feedback to students on performance and conduct additional training and re-testing when required.
- Resolve student questions by providing written policy and procedures, coordinating with other SMEs as needed.
- Provide course feedback and recommend actions for improvement and changes required to address evolving policy, procedures, systems/software supporting SAP security administration.
- Advise assigned Government curriculum managers when COI needs to be revised or adopted to address training shortfalls or updates to policy.
- Incorporate Security policy and procedure changes into course material as tasked.

Qualifications

Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 7+ years of experience
- SFPC and SPSC certifications (required within a year of employment)
Required Experience:
- 2 years of Fleet Operational SAP Security experience
- Prior experience as a CPSO, GSSO, or CGPM
- Experience working in a SAP environment
- Proficient use of industry standard SW tool (MS Office, etc.)
- SFPC and SPSC certifications (required within a year of employment)
- This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance
Desired Experience:
- 2 years of military adult-learning training experience
