As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the testing workstream across complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, defining and delivering testing activities that support successful business outcomes.
- Develop integrated test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, data, security, performance and business acceptance testing.
- Work closely with Programme Managers, Solution Architects, Business Change and functional teams to coordinate testing activities across the programme lifecycle.
- Help clients adopt modern quality engineering approaches, leveraging AI-enabled testing, automation and intelligent reporting to improve programme quality and efficiency.
- Monitor test progress, defect management and quality metrics, providing clear reporting and insight to programme leadership.
- Support programme mobilisation, planning and delivery assurance activities, helping establish effective testing governance and controls.
- Coach junior testers and contribute to the continued development of PwC's SAP testing capability.

The Skills And Experience We’re Looking For
- You have experience leading testing across end-to-end SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- You have strong knowledge of SAP testing methodologies, quality assurance, defect management and business acceptance testing.
- You understand modern testing practices, including test automation and how AI can improve quality engineering and programme delivery.
- You build trusted relationships with Programme Managers, business stakeholders and delivery teams.
- You enjoy leading workstreams, mentoring colleagues and continuously improving delivery quality.
- You have experience supporting programme mobilisation, governance and delivery assurance.
- You're passionate about helping clients deliver successful business transformations through quality, collaboration and innovation.
