We are embarking on a program of global business transformation enabled by the implementation of a new global technology solution. The delivery and embedding of this technology solution across our highly successful and highly decentralized business will change the way we work forever, enabling greater data insight, simplification of processes and ways of working and creating greater collaboration across the business.
The SAP Solution Manager in partnership with our SI partner and SAP will be responsible for designing our global SAP template within a specific workstream plus regional localizations for each Wave of the roll-out, following a 'Fit to Standard' approach. The successful candidate will own the end-to-end SAP solution within their workstream, and participate within the Design Authority when required, ensuring the right governance is in place to effectively manage key design decisions, solution scope and adherence to best practice, and SAP standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the end-to-end solution design across more than one workstream; defining solutions that are fit for purpose in terms of strategic alignment, quality, cost and time, and adhere to target architecture
- Lead the ‘fit-to-standard’ design process to establish a TwiningsOvo ‘Global Template’ that meets the needs of all our businesses and lead the business design validation and acceptance process
- Support GPO in defining ‘End-to-End’ business scenarios to be used during design, the solution validation process and to feed into test scenario scoping
- Provide technical expertise and knowledge to support design prototyping and maximize the value of prototyping by taking forward the learnings and outputs into the solution and end-to-end design
- Able to identify and prioritize changes to business practice and key solution enablers that will drive business benefits for clients in a specific area of expertise
- Own areas across more than one workstream to ensure all components of a solution are considered and aligned including; functional and non-functional design, integration, infrastructure, security and service transition

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Minimum 10 years CPG industry experience with at least 7 years’ experience in SAP design, build & test, having been involved in multiple full lifecycle implementations
- SAP technical skills across multiple SAP LoBs: Manufacturing, Quality Management, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Sales & Distribution and FICO
- Experience of SAP implementations and transformation programs
- Ability to understand, explain and present technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels up to senior management in a persuasive and convincing manner
- Experience of working in a fast-paced international business, and working with teams in different geographies
- Skilled in building strong external and internal strategic relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
