Job Summary
SAP Solution Program Manager
Be part of a fast-growing, innovative company pioneering “Liveable Technology” to transform diabetes care. We’re hiring a SAP Solution Program Manager to help accelerate key initiatives and deliver breakthrough, user-centric solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This position is responsible for the delivery of programs through a methodical approach of planning, executing, and controlling projects from start to finish. The Staff Solution Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of ERP projects, primarily, with some support for other business applications. This role requires a deep understanding of the SAP application and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The Staff Solution Program Manager demonstrates solution ownership and guides teams through program execution process to realize strategic objectives of the franchises they support. Applying standard program management practices and frameworks aligned with company objectives, the Staff SPM effectively addresses routine and moderately challenging issues. They balance independent decision-making with collaborative teamwork to apply established methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, program management, execution and on-time delivery of SAP projects, and other business applications, as needs arise.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Ensure that SAP ERP projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Build and maintain overall detailed project plan, Gantt chart, status updates, and RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Escalations) integrating all cross-functional workstreams.
- Lead release-based program core team and steering committee meetings for assigned program(s).
- Lead project-related activities of project team members, providing guidance on conformance to established computer systems validation procedures.
- Identify and assess mitigation options for program risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure program success.
- Assist Business Process Owners and core teams in problem solving and scenario analysis to assess impact of change requests.
- Provide input to Agile teams and ARTs review during PI planning and assess impact of PI Planning output to overall plan.

Required Skills and Competencies
- Agile Framework familiarity
- Project management certification preferred
- Experience leading development, testing, and delivery of SAP ERP Projects
- Experienced working with Agile teams to develop and launch strategic projects against concrete deadlines
- Helpful to have working knowledge or familiarity with: Agile applications (Jira & Confluence), CRM Environments (SalesForce, Marketing Cloud), Integration (Mulesoft), PLM & QMS applications (Arena), PPM tools (Clarity)
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated work experience in a technical discipline and experience in a program management role
Additional Information
- The position is hybrid, based in our Hammersmith, UK office.
- Travel is estimated at 10% but will flex depending on business need.
