As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

What your days will look like:
- Lead and support Source-to-Pay workstreams across complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes, working alongside Solution Architects and Senior Managers to help clients modernise procurement processes and ways of working.
- Work with Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP-enabled Source-to-Pay solutions.
- Own the design, configuration and delivery of integrated SAP Source-to-Pay solutions spanning strategic sourcing, supplier management, contracting, operational purchasing, catalogue and guided buying, inventory and materials management, invoice management, supplier collaboration and procurement analytics.
- Work across SAP S/4HANA procurement and the wider SAP procurement ecosystem, including SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network, helping create integrated solutions aligned to SAP best practice and clean-core principles.
- Facilitate process and solution design workshops, helping clients simplify and standardise Source-to-Pay processes and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Lead S2P master data design and migration readiness, working closely with business data owners and the Data stream to define data ownership, cleansing rules, enrichment requirements, validation approach and cutover readiness.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Business Change, Data, AI and Technology specialists to deliver integrated business transformation outcomes.
- Help clients explore how SAP Business AI, Joule, automation and intelligent procurement capabilities can improve procurement efficiency, supplier experience, compliance and decision-making.
- Support business development through client workshops, discovery engagements, proposals and solution demonstrations.
- Coach junior consultants whilst continuing to develop your own SAP Source-to-Pay, Supply Chain, consulting and leadership capability.

The role is for you if:
- You have experience delivering Source-to-Pay or Procurement transformation as part of end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation programmes.
- You understand end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes, with experience across areas such as strategic sourcing, supplier management, contracting, purchasing, inventory management, invoice management or supplier collaboration.
- You understand how Source-to-Pay integrates with the wider Supply Chain and with functions including Finance, Manufacturing, Planning and Logistics.
- You understand SAP procurement best practices and clean-core principles and are interested in the latest innovations, including SAP Business AI, Joule and intelligent procurement.
- You understand the master data dependencies that enable effective Source to Pay processes.
- You enjoy working with Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders to solve business challenges and improve procurement performance.
- You enjoy taking ownership of workstreams, facilitating client workshops, mentoring junior colleagues and developing your consulting and leadership capability.
- You have experience supporting process and solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and business transformation activities across SAP procurement programmes.
- You're collaborative, commercially minded and motivated by helping clients transform Source-to-Pay and supply chain operations whilst building your own consulting career.
