The demand for SAP SuccessFactors people is mad at the moment.
More and more, I'm seeing businesses bring in independent architects to sit alongside their System Integrator.
Not because they don't trust them... but because these programmes are too important not to have someone making sure the solution is right, challenging decisions where needed and ultimately protecting the client's investment.
If I'm honest, it still amazes me that roles like this even exist. Surely that's what the SI should be doing?

I'm looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Architect for an initial 6 month contract.
First off, this isn't a configuration role. I'm looking for someone who can provide architectural oversight of a SuccessFactors implementation, act as an intelligent client, challenge where appropriate, ensure the SI is delivering what it should be delivering, and give the business confidence that the programme is heading in the right direction.

This is a hybrid role paying £600 per day (outside IR35) with a day per week (potentially every other) in the midlands. It's a 3 day per week commitment meaning and my client are looking for someone to join ASAP.
