SAP SuccessFactors Architect – UK

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect with 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience and 5+ years in SuccessFactors solution/integration architecture.

The architect will provide E2E solution oversight across SuccessFactors, MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms/middleware, and connected internal/external systems. The role will act as an independent technical challenger to ensure business processes, application design and integrations are scalable, efficient and supportable.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 12+ years of overall IT experience.
  • 7+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
  • 5+ years of SuccessFactors solution/integration architecture experience.
  • Strong SuccessFactors functional, technical and integration knowledge.
  • Experience with large-scale, high-volume SuccessFactors implementations and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture and MuleSoft or other integration platforms/middleware.
  • Experience integrating SuccessFactors with multiple internal and external enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of scalability, performance, data, security, error handling and supportability considerations.
  • Proven ability to challenge and influence functional, technical and integration teams without direct authority.
  • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
