SAP SuccessFactors Benefits Lead

£600-£650 per day | Outside IR35 | Fully Remote

We are partnering with a global engineering and technical assurance organisation delivering a significant SAP SuccessFactors transformation programme.

Following a major investment in digital HR technology, our client is implementing SAP SuccessFactors Global Benefits across multiple international locations and is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Benefits Lead to play a key role in programme delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile global rollout on an Outside IR35 contract with a flexible delivery model and fully remote working.

The Opportunity

You will lead the design and configuration of SuccessFactors Global Benefits, helping build a scalable framework that supports multiple countries, benefit plans and complex eligibility requirements. Working closely with HR, Reward and Programme stakeholders, you will shape core configuration decisions and support delivery through to go-live.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build global benefits structures within SuccessFactors
  • Configure MDF objects, Business Rules and workflows
  • Develop country-specific eligibility frameworks
  • Configure entitlement and election processes
  • Build benefit contribution models and cost-sharing calculations
  • Support grandfathered and legacy benefit schemes
  • Configure employee self-service benefit processes
  • Deliver annual holiday buy and sell functionality
  • Support testing, deployment and operational readiness activities

Experience Required

  • Proven SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits expertise
  • Strong MDF configuration experience
  • Advanced Business Rules capability
  • Workflow Derivation knowledge
  • Event Reason configuration experience
  • Experience delivering global benefits programmes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate independently within a complex global environment
