SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant

SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant required for a long-term remote engagement with a major organisation, offering competitive rates. Active SC Clearance and a valid UK Passport are essential.

You’ll join an experienced technology team, supporting and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Duties

  • Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay.
  • Provide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Configure compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and workflows.
  • Manage bonus plans, proration logic, and compensation cycles.
  • Configure worksheets, statements, route maps, and executive review processes.
  • Work with HR, integration, and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
  • Support annual compensation cycles and continuous improvements.

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay is essential.
  • Experience with Employee Central, Provisioning, Route Maps, Rating Sources, Eligibility Rules, Guideline Matrices, and business rules is desirable.

About You

  • Strong commercial SAP SuccessFactors Compensation experience.
  • Hands-on configuration and L2/L3 support experience.
  • Good understanding of compensation and incentive processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with UK-based teams.
  • Experience within large-scale transformation programmes is advantageous.
  • Active SC Clearance and UK Passport required.
