Detailed Job Description

In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors modules according to business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with global HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
  • Design and maintain SuccessFactors Process Maps, BRDs and Blueprints.
  • Ensure proper integration with SuccessFactors, payroll, and external systems where applicable.
  • Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation of employee data.
  • Conduct testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support go-live, including issue resolution and user training.
  • Ensure all configurations and processes comply with local GDPR laws, global policies, and system governance standards.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and documentation for the implemented modules.

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 12 – 15 years of related Human Resources process experience. Prior experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, /Time off /Time Management application / Performance management /Learning management /compensation/Onboarding/RCM with Consulting background.
  • Good communications skills and able to demonstrate leading and mentoring teams within a Global Delivery Model.
  • Willing to submit personal data for specific Background Check/Validation for Finance and Government Sector clients.
