SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect

⏳ Initial 3 Months Contract Through Go-Live & Hypercare (Extension Possible)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect to support a key client through a critical October go-live and subsequent hypercare phase.
This role requires a seasoned SuccessFactors professional with deep expertise in Employee Central and broad knowledge across the SuccessFactors landscape, particularly integrations. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the client's HR IT leadership, providing strategic guidance on cutover planning, production readiness, risk management, and go-live execution.
Following go-live, you will play a pivotal role in solution stabilization, historical data migration initiatives, and future Employee Central enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to the HR IT leadership team and project stakeholders.
- Review, challenge, and guide cutover planning and execution activities.
- Assess go-live readiness and proactively identify risks and mitigation plans.
- Provide architectural oversight during production deployment and go-live.
- Support issue resolution, decision-making, and stakeholder communication during hypercare.
- Assist with the planning and execution of historical data migration activities.
- Contribute to post-go-live enhancements and Employee Central roadmap initiatives.
- Ensure alignment and integration across the broader SuccessFactors ecosystem.

Required Experience
- 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Extensive hands-on experience delivering SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Strong understanding of other SuccessFactors modules, particularly integrations.
- Proven experience supporting cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.
- Deep expertise in:
- Employee Central Configuration
- Data Migration
- Integrations
- Workflows
- Business Rules
- MDF (Metadata Framework)
- Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Experience working with senior HR, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Excellent advisory, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate confidently in high-visibility, business-critical environments.

Preferred Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
- Experience delivering global Employee Central implementations.
- Experience supporting large-scale HR transformation programmes.
- Strong background in data migration and post-go-live optimisation initiatives.
