SAP Success Factor Employee Central Consultant
UK/Ireland / Hybrid
Contract
We are hiring an experienced SAP Success Factor Employee Central Consultant to join our dynamic IT Service Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for SF Employee Central, RBP, Time off/IAS/IPS, Story reports work. You will collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders for day-to-day operations and projects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design, creation, implementation and operation of Security Procedures and System Access Management for all SAP modules.
- Lead customer discussions and workshops.
- Implementation experience in Employee Central Time-off required.
- Excellent knowledge on Custom MDF and Standard MDF objects creation, configuration UI, Data models, Provisioning settings, Provisioning jobs.
- Good Knowledge on Position management, Position to Job sync, auto generation of codes, custom UI, position types and position org chart.
- Hands-on experience on Configuration of Workflows, Alerts, Business rules, custom email notifications, custom letter generation.
- In-depth experience in event reason derivation.
- Excellent knowledge of role-based permissions, groups and roles with country-specific and other criteria groups.

Your Profile
Essential Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Must have at least 2-3 Employee Central End-to-end implementation experience as a Certified consultant.
- Experience in global assignments, concurrent employment.
- Good knowledge on Foundation objects and HRIS elements configuration, HRIS sync mapping, standard elements and background elements creation, dynamic filters.
- Excellent knowledge on Time off and Leave off absence configuration, time types, time profile and absence management.
- Excellent knowledge on Custom Hire templates creation with custom sections.
- Good knowledge on Contingent worker configuration with work order and vendors and workflows.
- Dependent Management, Addresses, work permit, and global and personal information blocks creation.
- Good knowledge on Pay components, Pay structures and payscale structures creation.
- Excellent knowledge on Data migration of foundation and MDF objects and employee data.

- Hands-on experience on Test strategy, data migration strategy, instance strategy documents, UAT plan, SIT plan, WBS, BPML and project plan creation.
- Hands-on experience on Theme management, home page customization, header and background and people profile customization.
- Configuration transport center, instance refresh and release management experience.
- IAS/IPS configuration with AD Azure and IAM with SSO setup.
- In-depth configuration knowledge in Story reports, Adhoc reports and canvas reports.
- Job profile builder, skills and competencies.
- Good understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and talent Management modules specially recruitment, onboarding, learning management and compensation.
- Additional certification in SuccessFactors talent management modules such as PMGM, etc.
- Additional knowledge in compensation modules and topics for pay structures creation.
- Integration center knowledge for creation of jobs.
- LMS - EC integration knowledge.
- EC to third party vendors integration through CPI knowledge.
- Experience in JIRA tool.
