About the Role We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant to design, implement, and support integration solutions across SuccessFactors, SAP, and third-party systems.

The role combines hands-on technical expertise with client-facing consulting. You will work closely with clients, functional consultants, architects, and project teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP, and third-party systems.
- Develop and support integrations using SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration (CPI).
- Deliver SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) implementations.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across project and AMS environments.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to integration standards and documentation.

Requirements Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite / CPI.
- Experience with SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) implementations.
- Good understanding of integration concepts, mappings, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and client-facing skills.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with ECP technical setup.
