SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant – Contract
Location: London, UK
Work Mode: Fully Onsite
Contract Duration: 6 Months
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead Consultant to lead SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, solution design, and deployment activities within a global consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration based on business and compliance requirements.
- Work with global HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
- Design and maintain SuccessFactors Process Maps, BRDs, and Blueprints.
- Provide hands-on expertise across SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Time Off, Time Management, Performance Management (PMGM), Learning Management (LMS), Compensation, Onboarding (ONB), and Recruiting Management (RCM).
- Support SuccessFactors integrations with payroll and external systems.
- Lead SuccessFactors data migration, including data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and employee data cleansing.
- Conduct Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT and provide go-live support and issue resolution.
- Provide user training, documentation, ongoing support, and enhancements.
- Ensure SuccessFactors configurations and processes comply with GDPR, global policies, and governance standards.
- Contribute to solution architecture and design reviews.
- Lead and mentor teams within a Global Delivery Model.
- Support business pursuits, client training, and internal SuccessFactors capability development.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 5.5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
- 12–15 years of related Human Resources process experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Strong experience in SuccessFactors Time Off / Time Management.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Performance Management / PMGM.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Learning Management / LMS.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding / ONB.
- Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting Management / RCM.
- Strong SuccessFactors consulting and implementation background.
- Minimum 3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations, including leading or managing SuccessFactors programs.
- End-to-end understanding of SuccessFactors solution architecture.
- Strong experience in SuccessFactors configuration and implementation.
- Experience with SuccessFactors integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes.
- Excellent communication skills with proven experience leading and mentoring teams in a Global Delivery Model.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
