SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager
12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Liverpool (4 Days Per Week On-site)
£60,000 - £70,000 + Excellent Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead a portfolio of SAP SuccessFactors improvement initiatives within a large and complex organisation.
The successful candidate will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand current challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and oversee the delivery of enhancements across the SAP SuccessFactors platform. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management expertise with an understanding of HR technology and business change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors enhancement and optimisation projects
- Engage with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritise improvements
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, risks and dependencies
- Coordinate internal teams and external technology partners
- Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder communications
- Ensure successful implementation and adoption of system improvements
- Manage budgets, resources and project deliverables
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and technology capabilities

Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering HR systems or SAP SuccessFactors projects
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with HR, Technology and third-party delivery teams
- Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors functionality and HR processes would be highly desirable
