SAP SuccessFactors Service Lead
Location: Oxford – Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Service Lead to lead service delivery, solution governance and continuous improvement across a global SuccessFactors environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors service delivery, including incidents, changes, releases and enhancements.
- Provide solution leadership across SuccessFactors projects and cross-module designs.
- Oversee integrations using SAP CPI/Integration Suite, Integration Centre, OData and Compound Employee API.
- Govern testing, releases, deployments and production support.
- Lead global functional, technical and business stakeholders.
- Drive service improvement, issue resolution and platform stability.

Key Requirements:
- Strong experience leading SAP SuccessFactors services or programmes.
- Broad knowledge across multiple modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Talent, Compensation and Time.
- Strong SuccessFactors integration experience.
- Experience with RBP, Business Rules, MDF and workflows.
- Strong service management and senior stakeholder-management experience.
- SuccessFactors certification is advantageous.
- Able to work 2 days per week onsite in Oxford.
