Working Arrangement – Hybrid, on-site 1-2 days per week

About the Job
SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect required to lead a strategic HR and Payroll transformation, owning the end-to-end architecture across Employee Central, ECP and SAP Payroll. An excellent opportunity to join a high-profile programme and shape a modern, integrated HR technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ECP and SAP Payroll.
- Design scalable solutions and integrations across SuccessFactors, SAP HCM/Payroll and third-party platforms.
- Lead architectural decisions throughout the programme, from initial design through to implementation and deployment.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Oversee integration design, EC–ECP data replication, technical standards and solution governance.

Skills Required

- Extensive experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect, with strong Employee Central and ECP expertise.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM/Payroll, EC-to-ECP integration, payroll processes and data replication.
- Experience with SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, OData, web services and enterprise integration patterns.
- Proven experience leading complex SAP HR transformation programmes and working with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving and leadership skills.
