Role Overview:
As an SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and delivering end-to-end Recruitment and Onboarding solutions within Accenture’s SAP SuccessFactors practice. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring, onboarding and candidate-experience needs, translate them into scalable SuccessFactors configurations, and guide them through process optimisation and solution adoption.

With SAP’s acquisition of SmartRecruiters as the strategic evolution of SuccessFactors Recruiting, this role will position you at the forefront of next-generation Talent Acquisition technology. Experience with or exposure to SmartRecruiters is considered a strong advantage, particularly as customers look to transition to SmartRecruiters or begin with SmartRecruiters as part of their implementation of SuccessFactors.
You will also have opportunities to support clients in embedding skills-based hiring, leveraging SAP Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH), Skills Ontologies and skills metadata to optimise job design, sourcing, screening and internal mobility workflows.
This role combines hands-on configuration, solution design, client advisory and the opportunity to lead workstreams or small teams on medium-to-large programmes.
What You Will Bring
- Strong functional knowledge and hands-on configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or SmartRecruiters and Onboarding.
- Experience in at least 2–3 full lifecycle Recruiting or Onboarding implementations.
- Knowledge of SmartRecruiters is advantageous and strongly preferred.
- Understanding of skills-based hiring, TIH or skills frameworks is a plus.
- Experience running client workshops, gathering requirements, mapping processes and presenting solution options.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to lead workstreams, guide junior consultants and deliver high-quality output.
- SmartRecruiters certification.
- SuccessFactors certification(s) in Recruiting / Onboarding highly beneficial.
