SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Analyst

We’re now looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Analyst to join our Global HRIS team.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced global environment and enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders to drive meaningful system improvements and user experience enhancements across Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Configuring and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management modules
  • Building and maintaining scalable solutions that improve user experience and process efficiency
  • Partnering with global stakeholders and senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver system improvements
  • Managing production changes in line with HRIS governance and compliance standards
  • Supporting and resolving Tier 2/3 system issues through root cause analysis and problem solving
  • Testing, analysing, and implementing SuccessFactors releases and enhancements
  • Driving process simplification, automation, and adoption across global teams
  • Supporting ongoing optimisation of Recruiting, Performance, Goals, and Talent processes

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years’ experience working within a global organisation supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding
  • Strong hands-on configuration experience within SAP SuccessFactors
  • Proven experience across Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, Performance & Goals
  • Experience building and configuring solutions directly within the system
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently engage with senior leaders
  • Experience working within complex global HRIS environments and multi-country processes
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation

HIGHLY DESIRABLE

  • SmartRecruiters experience
  • Experience migrating from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0
  • SuccessFactors certification (RXM or related)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
