SAP SuccessFactors Test Manager
Location: United Kingdom
Work Arrangement: Remote
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Test Manager to lead testing activities across SuccessFactors implementation and transformation programmes, ensuring high-quality solutions and successful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end testing strategy and delivery for SAP SuccessFactors programmes.
- Lead SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing activities.
- Work closely with functional, technical, and business teams to define test scenarios, cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
- Coordinate testing across SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, and Learning.
- Ensure testing aligns with project timelines, quality standards, and business requirements.
- Provide regular test status, risks, issues, and progress reporting to programme stakeholders.

Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Test Manager / Test Lead.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and HR transformation programmes.
- Experience managing SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing.
- Strong understanding of test management methodologies and defect management tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience delivering testing within large-scale enterprise SAP/HR programmes.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification or relevant testing certification is desirable.
