SuccessFactors Tester
SuccessFactors Tester required for a long-term engagement offering competitive rates. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week in Lancashire, working closely with SuccessFactors functional, test and integration teams to support end-to-end integration testing and SIT activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SuccessFactors testing activities for third-party integrations
- Coordinate and execute GSF test steps within end-to-end business scenarios
- Support test data preparation and validation for SIT execution
- Validate SuccessFactors configuration and data readiness ahead of testing
- Investigate and triage defects relating to SuccessFactors issues or dependencies
- Work with functional SMEs to support defect analysis and resolution
- Retest SuccessFactors-related defects and confirm successful resolution
- Track testing activities, issues, dependencies, and blockers
- Provide clear testing status updates to the Test Manager
- Coordinate with integration teams to ensure testing aligns with the integrated test schedule
- Maintain test evidence and ensure execution results are recorded in the agreed test management tools

Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors testing
- Experience across Employee Central, Time Off and/or Recruitment & Onboarding is desirable
- Experience supporting SIT and end-to-end integration testing across multiple systems
- Strong understanding of test execution, defect management, retesting, and test evidence
- Experience working across functional, testing, and integration teams
- Ability to independently manage and drive assigned testing activities
- Experience working within structured testing and delivery environments
