HR Systems Analyst | Employee Central/Position Management | 12month FTC

An experienced HR Systems Analyst is required by Whitehall Resources for our client based in Central London. This is a 12 Month fixed term contract position requiring the successful candidate to be onsite 3 days per week.

The successful candidate will provide Human Resources System development and support in the following areas: Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Management, Objective Setting & Reporting. This role will serve as a technical point of contact and will ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, Import data and report writing within the HR system-of-record, SuccessFactors. The HR Systems Analyst will work with the People Department reporting to the Head of Talent.

Do you have?

  • Strong experience within SAP SuccessFactors? Minimum of 3 years configuring SuccessFactors is ideal.
  • Hands-on expertise configuring SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Position Management, Compensation and Performance & Goals?
  • A certification in Employee Central?
  • Experience managing SuccessFactors bi-annual system upgrades, identifying changes and promoting system enhancements?
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests and respond within appropriate timeframe?

Would you like to?

  • Manage and support all the SuccessFactors current modules. In particular Employee Central, Compensation module enhancements, Performance and Goals, Learning, and Platform modules and future modules?
  • Work collaboratively to support with any SuccessFactors related activities including data input, import/integration/configuration, troubleshooting, report building and maintenance?
  • Configure, change requests and custom fields in SuccessFactors and continuously review and update data to support the People Department?
  • Manage the SuccessFactors related activities that optimise all of the cyclical Talent Management processes. This includes but not restricted to managing any planning, preparation, testing, configuration and activation in the system?
  • Project manage the implementation of the new SuccessFactors modules in the UK in addition to enhancements to existing modules?
  • Manage all SuccessFactors bi-annual system upgrades, identifying changes and promoting system enhancements?
