In our team you will:
- Act as the SAP Supply Chain solution architect for a defined stream, providing design authority and ensuring solutions are aligned to client strategy, standards, and best practice.
- Architect end-to-end SAP Supply Chain solutions that address complex business challenges across multiple industries, from requirements through to implementation.
- Partner closely with client stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business needs into robust, scalable SAP designs that enable successful transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional architects and delivery teams to ensure cohesive, high-quality solutions at scale, while deepening your SAP Supply Chain expertise within an innovative technology environment.

As a Supply Chain Senior Manager, you will:
- Provide support to sales teams around the SAP Supply Chain Manufacturing solutions like PP, QM, IM, PP/DS, MII, EAM, Digital Manufacturing Cloud, S/4 HANA Manufacturing solutions.
- Drive S/4 transformation conversation with internal Accenture teams and clients.
- Architect SAP SC Manufacturing solutions for clients.
- Build and nurture a capability in SAP SC Manufacturing, including organic growth and upskilling of team.
- Lead the SAP SC Manufacturing team, including managing of the pipeline, define and execute strategy for growth and focus on delivery excellence for our clients.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

- Background in one or more core SAP Supply Chain modules, part of the Supply Chain offering: PP, QM, IM, MII, PP/DS, EWM, PM, PS, MES, etc.
- Hands on experience solutioning, shaping and delivering SAP Supply Chain solutions.
- Proficiency in managing teams, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Track record of contributing to the enhancement of SAP Supply Chain solution delivery and driving continuous improvement for our clients.
- Experience in organising and executing requirement gathering workshops, fit to standard workshops and building solutions based on the outcomes.
- Proficient in the creation of Functional specifications, helping team members build functional specifications and working with the development teams in the build of those specifications.
- Experienced in the development of test plans and their subsequent execution.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with client stakeholders to manage expectations and delivery objectives.
Set yourself apart:
- Ability to navigate across the SAP SC spectrum, engaging with clients to discuss options that suit their challenges and see deliveries of these solutions through.
- Mastery of SAP both ECC and S/4 HANA as solutions, from a delivery perspective with special focus on Supply Chain Manufacturing solutions.
- Proven history for working with strong client stakeholders and ecosystem partners but also with the same ability connect with delivery teams and technical resources onshore and offshore.
