Our client is looking for an SAP Application Support Consultant to take ownership of the day-to-day support and development of its SAP ECC6 environment across EMEA. You will resolve complex application issues, deliver configuration changes and reduce the operational workload currently held by the Services Manager. This role is focused on maintaining a stable SAP service while the wider business transitions to Dynamics 365.

- Own second and third-line support across the SAP ECC6 application landscape.
- Investigate incidents through to root cause, coordinating with users, technical teams and external partners where required.
- Deliver SAP configuration changes and minor system enhancements.
- Assess change requests, define appropriate solutions and manage changes through testing and release.
- Build a detailed understanding of the existing SAP landscape, business processes and integrations.
- Maintain integrations and user journeys involving SAP Concur and SAP Fiori.
- Identify recurring issues and improve support processes, system documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Manage priorities across incidents, service requests, configuration work and small development requirements.
- Support the continued stability of SAP during the organisation’s transition to Dynamics 365.
- Develop knowledge of Dynamics 365 as the new ERP platform is rolled out across the business.
