About the Role
As our SAP System Analyst, you will play an influential role in the continued development of our digital manufacturing landscape.
You will take technical ownership of SAP Extended Warehouse Management and support our broader SAP ecosystem, working alongside knowledgeable colleagues and key business users. You will help establish sustainable business knowledge, strong system ownership, and technical excellence while preparing the organisation for future developments, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP Digital Manufacturing.
This is an opportunity to combine hands-on technical problem-solving with longer-term transformation. What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking technical lead responsibility for the configuration and support of SAP EWM.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and key business users to understand needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Supporting the wider SAP landscape, including SAP ECC, SAP ME, and SAP APO, together with their integrations with SAP EWM.
- Developing a detailed understanding of business processes and using that insight to navigate change and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to ensure seamless EWM and AGV integrations for automated goods movement.
- Balancing day-to-day incident resolution with planned project and improvement activities.
- Supporting testing and deployment across development, integration, and production environments.
- Helping to build sustainable system knowledge, ownership, documentation, and transparency.
- Contributing to the introduction of future technologies, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP Digital Manufacturing.
- Supporting our Industry 4.0 vision and helping shape the digital landscape for our new manufacturing facility.
- Promoting a collaborative culture of continuous improvement, reliable delivery, and technical excellence.

Work Experience
We are looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and motivated to make a difference. You do not need to meet every requirement to apply. If your experience is closely aligned and you are keen to develop, we would like to hear from you.
You will ideally bring:
- Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting SAP EWM within a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- An understanding of integrations between SAP EWM and systems such as SAP ECC and SAP ME.
- Experience or knowledge of the broader SAP portfolio, which may include SAP APO, MDG, Digital Manufacturing, or S/4HANA.
- Experience or understanding of integrating AGVs with EWM or other move-by-robot solutions.
- Experience of testing and deploying solutions across development, integration, and production systems.
- The ability to listen to business users, explore process requirements, resolve challenges, and support change.
- A practical approach to balancing operational incidents with longer-term project priorities.
- An interest in continuous improvement and Agile ways of working.
- A commitment to reliable execution, clear documentation, and open communication.
- A willingness to learn, share knowledge, and support the development of others.
- The confidence to translate technical topics into clear business benefits for colleagues at different levels of the organisation.
