URGENT Contract Opportunity: SAP S/4HANA Tax Consultant - Onsite, Romania
I'm looking for a Tax Consultant to own tax design and configuration on an S/4HANA programme in Romania. Initial contract until EOY + Extension.
What you'll do:
- Act as SME for tax processes and Digital Reporting Compliance
- Configure VAT, withholding tax and DRC
- Deliver Romanian localisation: e-Factura, SAF-T, VIES
- Integrate with government portals and statutory reporting
- Work across FI, SD, MM and technical teams; support UAT and key-user training

What you'll need:
- 5+ years SAP FI/Tax consulting
- 2–3 Romanian tax implementations, plus support project experience
- Hands-on SAP DRC (or an equivalent third-party portal integration tool)
- End-to-end delivery experience - greenfield, brownfield or migration
- Fluent English; German a bonus
