Job Description
Specialization: SAP ECC / S/4HANA | SAP Ariba | SAP Concur | Workday
Focus Areas: T&E Run, Strategic Sourcing, Integrations, AI/GenAI
We are seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Lead Consultant with strong expertise in T&E (SAP Concur) and run support across ECC and S/4HANA environments, along with hands-on experience in Workday integrations and SAP Ariba. The role requires leadership in integrations, process orchestration, and next-gen capabilities including AI/GenAI to support intelligent finance and sourcing processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead T&E run operations using SAP Concur across ECC and S/4HANA landscapes
- Design and support integrations between Concur, SAP FI, Workday, and Ariba
- Support FI postings for T&E, reimbursements, accruals, and settlements
- Act as techno-functional lead for Strategic Sourcing, T&E, and Fieldglass domains
- Drive process orchestration using SAP Integration Suite / middleware
- Manage S/4HANA enablement, enhancements, and transition from ECC
- Identify and implement AI / GenAI use cases for expense audit, automation, and analytics
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and Business stakeholders
- Provide L3/L4 support, governance, and continuous improvement
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Concur (Expense / Travel)
- Experience supporting T&E run operations in ECC and/or S/4HANA
- Solid SAP FI integration knowledge with Concur
- Experience with Workday integrations (HR, payroll, master data)
- Exposure to SAP Ariba and/or SAP Fieldglass
- Strong understanding of SAP integration patterns and process orchestration

Preferred
- S/4HANA Finance transformation experience
- SAP Integration Suite / CPI experience
- Exposure to AI / GenAI for finance or procurement automation
- Experience in global or shared services environments
- SAP Concur / Ariba certification
