SAP Technical Architect
SAP Technical Architect required to join a major enterprise client on a long-term engagement, working on a hybrid basis across West Sussex or West Midlands, with 2 days onsite per week and competitive rates.
This role is only open to candidates eligible for SC clearance. You do not need to currently hold SC clearance but must be able to obtain it. You’ll join an established SAP Architecture team, leading the design and governance of complex, high-volume SAP solutions across enterprise environments.
Key Duties
- Design and govern large-scale SAP technical architectures.
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead technical delivery across complex SAP implementations.
- Define system sizing, landscape design and NFRs.
- Work closely with functional, project and technical teams.
- Provide technical leadership and assurance to delivery teams.
- Manage technical relationships with vendors and third parties.

About You
- Strong SAP Technical / Solution Architecture experience.
- Large-scale SAP implementation and enterprise architecture experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, CRM, PI, Portal and NetWeaver ABAP/Java.
- Experience with SAP UI5, Fiori and Gateway.
- Knowledge of SAP Contract Accounting or Utilities is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of system sizing, landscape design and NFRs.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Strong customer-facing and executive-level presentation experience.
