Job Title: SAP Test Manager
We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager to support a global SAP CFIN implementation across the US, Europe, and India. This is a hands-on delivery role requiring an individual who can drive and execute the testing strategy while ensuring end-to-end business process validation across multiple workstreams.
The ideal candidate will have prior CFIN implementation experience. Strong SAP Finance testing experience will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end testing workstream for a global SAP implementation.
- Define and execute testing strategy, plans, timelines, and governance.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and End-to-End testing activities.
- Ensure business processes across Finance and integrated systems are thoroughly tested.
- Manage defect triage, prioritization, reporting, and resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams across multiple regions.
- Provide regular testing status updates, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Support implementation readiness and go-live activities.

Required Experience
- 10+ years of Testing / QA experience with significant Test Management responsibility.
- Proven experience managing testing for SAP implementation or transformation programmes.
- Strong SAP Finance expertise (FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance).
- Experience leading global testing activities across multiple geographies.
- Hands-on, execution-focused approach with the ability to drive delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred
- SAP Central Finance (CFIN) implementation experience.
- Experience within large-scale Finance transformation programmes.
- Previous experience working with global teams across the US, Europe, and India.
Travel Requirement
- Must be flexible to travel to U.S & Netherlands.
