Job Summary
You will be a credible SAP test leader with the ability to engage confidently with both senior stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will have:
- Strong experience leading test automation on large, complex SAP transformation programmes.
- Practical expertise in Tricentis automation tooling and a clear understanding of how to build sustainable, maintainable automation at scale.
- Experience across SAP testing disciplines, including SIT, end-to-end testing, regression, integration and non-functional testing.
- Strong SAP functional awareness across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, S/4HANA Cloud and Fiori. And SAP functional areas such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, Supply Chain and other Digital Core business processes.
- Exposure to SAP Digital Core processes and modules such as Finance and Controlling, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management and Plant Maintenance.
- Proven experience in test strategy, estimation, planning, defect management, quality governance and test reporting.
- Provide specialist technical guidance and act as an escalation point for complex automation and tooling issues.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams, ideally including offshore delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex application issues and drive remedial actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling client-facing material and support bid activity.
- A collaborative, proactive and adaptable approach in fast-paced delivery environments.

Particularly valuable experience
The following experience would be highly beneficial:
- Pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare programme delivery.
- GxP, 21 CFR Part 11 and regulated validation environments.
- Computer System Validation (CSV), equipment validation and IQ/OQ/PQ approaches.
- Performance testing and automation operating-model design.
