Hiring: SAP TPM BW Lead Consultant
Location: Weybridge (Hybrid, 3 days/week in office)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP BW and SAP BW/4HANA solutions for Trade Promotion Management (TPM), trade spend, and revenue growth management analytics.
- Architect and build SAP BW data models, including InfoObjects, InfoProviders, ADSOs, CompositeProviders, transformations, DTPs, and process chains to support complex SAP TPM reporting.
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements regarding trade fund management, promotion planning, accruals, settlements, and post-event analysis, translating business concepts into technical SAP BW designs.
- Integrate SAP BW data flows with SAP CRM Trade Promotion Management (TPM) modules, managing CRM TPM master data objects such as promotions, accounts, products, and funds.
- Lead a dedicated team of SAP BW and SAP TPM consultants, providing technical guidance, architecture reviews, code reviews, and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Extract data from source systems including SAP CRM, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and non-SAP sources into SAP BW using standard extractors, ODP, and custom extraction methods.
- Optimize SAP BW performance, data load processes, and query response times using BEx Query Designer, Analysis for Office, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Partner with functional SAP TPM consultants to align technical solutions with trade spend effectiveness, promotion execution, and ROI analysis.
- Oversee testing cycles (unit testing, integration testing, UAT), manage cutover and go-live activities, create technical documentation, and provide ongoing production support.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of total SAP BW / SAP BW/4HANA experience.
- 3 to 4+ years of dedicated experience within a Trade Promotion Management (TPM) landscape.
- Proven hands-on proficiency in SAP BW data modeling (InfoObjects, DSOs, ADSOs, CompositeProviders, transformations, process chains).
- Expertise in BEx Query Designer, Analysis for Office, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting layers.
- Working knowledge of SAP CRM Trade Promotion Management (TPM) modules, including promotion planning, fund management, claims, and settlements.
- Hands-on experience integrating SAP CRM and SAP BW data flows via standard extractors, ODP, or custom extraction techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership experience guiding a workstream or consulting team through a full-cycle SAP implementation from blueprinting to go-live.
- Strong domain understanding of trade spend, promotion effectiveness, and revenue growth management (RGM).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
