SAP TPM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Surrey, UK
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 Days/Week in Office
Engagement: Contract

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP TPM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Customer Business Planning (CBP), ABAP development, and SAP integrations. Experience in the CPG/FMCG industry is highly desirable.
Must-Have Skills
- SAP TPM / CBP – Trade Promotion Management
- Trade Fund Management, Promotion Planning, Claims & Deductions
- SAP ABAP – Classical & OO ABAP, BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements
- SAP SD, FI/CO and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- SAP Integration – IDocs, ALE, BAPIs, RFCs, CPI / PI-PO
- SAP ECC / S/4HANA
- Pricing Conditions, Settlement & Rebate Management
- SAP BW / BW4HANA
- End-to-End Implementation, Testing & Production Support

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP TPM/CBP solutions for promotion planning and trade funds management
- Develop and enhance SAP solutions using ABAP
- Integrate TPM with SAP SD, FI/CO and Rebate Management
- Build interfaces using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs and SAP CPI/PI-PO
- Prepare functional specifications, test scripts and technical documentation
- Lead UAT, cutover, go-live and hypercare activities
- Troubleshoot defects, optimize performance and provide L2/L3 support
- Manage stakeholder communication and mentor junior consultants

- SAP CDS Views, OData, Fiori / UI5
- SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW or BODS
- SAP TPM, SD or ABAP certification
- SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) / Revenue Growth Management
- CPG/FMCG, Retail or Food & Beverage industry experience
- Agile, SAFe or SAP Activate methodology
