The Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Warehouse Management Support & Maintenance Consultant to provide application support, incident resolution, change delivery, and continuous improvement for SAP warehouse and logistics processes. This role will support critical supply chain operations across inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, and physical inventory processes, ensuring platform stability, operational continuity, and business value through effective SAP WM support.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2/L3 support for SAP WM applications and related warehouse/logistics processes.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests within agreed SLA timelines.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement sustainable fixes or preventive actions.
  • Support inbound, outbound, picking, packing, replenishment, stock transfer, and physical inventory processes.
  • Coordinate with SAP MM, SD, PP, TM, Basis, Security, middleware, and technical teams for integrated issue resolution.
  • Prepare functional specifications and work with ABAP/technical teams for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflow changes.
  • Support regression testing, UAT, release management, cutover, and transport deployment activities.
  • Monitor process stability, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend automation or efficiency enhancements.
  • Create and maintain knowledge articles, process notes, support runbooks, and user guidance documents.
  • Provide business user support and participate in critical incident, month-end, release, and on-call activities as required.

Your Profile

  • Strong 10+ years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM)
  • Good understanding of end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes including inbound, outbound, inventory management, replenishment, and physical inventory.
  • Experience working in SAP application support, AMS, incident management, problem management, and change management environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, transportation/logistics, and inventory processes.
  • Ability to analyze production issues, identify root causes, and propose practical functional solutions.
  • Experience preparing functional specifications, test scripts, support documentation, and user guidance materials.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to work with business users, super users, and distributed delivery teams.
  • Good coordination skills for testing, releases, deployments, and operational support activities.
  • Proactive problem-solving approach with focus on service stability, quality, and continuous improvement.

Desirable Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

  • SAP WM implementation, rollout, migration, or upgrade experience.
  • Knowledge of RF framework, barcode scanning, mobile warehouse transactions, or warehouse automation solutions.
  • Exposure to SAP Fiori applications for warehouse or logistics operations.
  • SAP certification in WM, EWM, S/4HANA Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or experience working within structured ITSM processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, retail, distribution, or third-party logistics environments.
