This is a full-time remote role for SARI Rack Safety Inspectors at STORAGE EQUIPMENT SAFETY SERVICE LIMITED. In this role, you will conduct independent safety inspections of warehouse racking systems, identifying damage, hazards, and non-compliance with relevant standards. You will prepare clear, detailed inspection reports, communicate findings to clients, and provide recommendations to improve safety and reduce risk. The position involves scheduling and managing your inspection visits. You will also stay current with SEMA guidelines, and best practices in rack safety to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Health & Safety knowledge, including familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong Inspection skills, with experience systematically assessing equipment or facilities for safety and compliance.
  • Awareness of Safety considerations within warehousing and distribution environments.
  • Knowledge of racking systems.
  • SARI registration (SEMA Approved Rack Inspector) or eligibility/willingness to obtain this accreditation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and discussing findings with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Installation experience would be an advantage.
  • Experience in industry-related training would be useful.
  • Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
