Role Description
The Administrator will support the smooth day-to-day running of the office, handling a range of administrative and customer service tasks. Responsibilities include:

- Managing incoming calls and emails
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Preparing property brochures and marketing materials
- Updating internal systems and databases
- Coordinating appointments
- Supporting team members with sales and lettings administration
- Ensuring all office processes are followed efficiently

This is a part-time, every Saturday, on-site role based in Hucclecote, working closely with colleagues to provide a professional and responsive service to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, document management, and record keeping.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite), email systems, and basic CRM or property management platforms.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Customer service skills, with a friendly, professional approach and the ability to handle enquiries in person, by phone, and in writing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment, using initiative and maintaining confidentiality where required.
- Previous experience in administration, property, or a related office-based role is beneficial.
- Basic understanding of estate agency or lettings processes is an advantage, with willingness to learn and develop.
