We are looking for a customer-focused Lingerie Fitter to join our department store team on Saturdays, on a temporary basis.
Our Lingerie Fitting service is all about providing customers with comfortable, personal and confidence-building experience. As Lingerie Fitter, you’ll use your specialist knowledge to help customers find the right fit, style and size, while delivering an exceptional level of service in a welcoming and discreet environment.
This is a customer-facing role where empathy, professionalism and attention to detail are essential. You’ll be someone who makes customers feel at ease, listens carefully to their needs and takes pride in delivering a genuinely personalised fitting experience.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Providing professional and personalised lingerie fittings for customers.
- Welcoming customers warmly and creating a relaxed, comfortable and discreet environment.
- Understanding each customer’s individual needs and preferences.
- Taking accurate measurements and recommending appropriate sizes and styles.
- Offering thoughtful product recommendations based on individual requirements.
- Ensuring fitting rooms are clean, tidy and prepared for every customer.
- Building trust and rapport with customers through a warm and professional approach.
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge, new collections and seasonal ranges.
- Handling customer information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional overall customer experience.
- Following all company, health & safety and security procedures.

Previous lingerie fitting experience is advantageous, but it is not essential as training will be provided.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Warm, approachable and able to put customers at ease.
- Discreet, respectful and highly professional.
- Confident discussing fit, size and personal requirements with sensitivity.
- Passionate about delivering personalised, high-quality customer service.
- Attentive to detail and committed to getting the right fit for every customer.
- Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
- Polished and professional, with a natural ability to build customer relationships.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to working Saturdays.
- Flexible and willing to support the wider department during busy trading periods.
- Passionate about creating a premium and memorable customer experience.
Hours:
Saturdays, 9.30am to 6.00pm
Duration of Contract:
Temporary until 24th December
