Job Title: Saturday Assistant
Location: High Wycombe
Brand: Romans
Salary: £15 Per Hour
Hours: Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Assistant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic, and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Duties Will Include
- Ensuring properties are secure after viewings.
- Report on any need for repairs or lack of security at properties, returning keys immediately after each showing.
- Qualify applicants to assess their financial status prior to arranging viewings.
- Promote Properties and services effectively to achieve targets.
- Feed back to the relevant managers / consultants on applicants’ needs and add notes to our in-house systems.

Skills Required
- Positive engagement/customer service.

- Full UK Driving Licence
