Job Title: Saturday Assistant
Location: High Wycombe

Salary: £15 Per Hour
Hours: Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Assistant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic, and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Duties Will Include:
- Ensuring properties are secure after viewings.
- Reporting on any need for repairs or lack of security at properties, returning keys immediately after each showing.
- Qualifying applicants to assess their financial status prior to arranging viewings.
- Promoting properties and services effectively to achieve targets.
- Feeding back to the relevant managers/consultants on applicants' needs and adding notes to our in-house systems.

Skills Required:
- Positive engagement/customer service.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
