At Julian Wadden, part of Lomond, the UK's leading network of lettings and estate agencies, we have 5 offices and over 50 staff dedicated to assisting our customers. We are proud to offer an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Saturday Sales Negotiator based in our Heaton Moor branch. This is a permanent part-time role with the working pattern 9.30am - 4pm on Saturdays.
About the Role
As a Saturday Sales Negotiator, you will be the first point of contact for clients and customers, including:

- Registering clients on our property software
- Arranging viewings, valuations, and mortgage advice appointments
- Generating new business and cross-service opportunities between sales, lettings, and financial services
- Overseeing the sales process, including taking offers, negotiating sales, and sales progression
- Helping to convert the branch sales pipeline to completion
- Supporting the branch on lettings when/ if required

Requirements
We're looking for individuals with the following qualities:
- Experience in a similar role is required
- High volume of sales progression is essential
- Great customer service & natural selling ability
- Strong knowledge of the area preferred
- Full clean driving licence required
