Saturday Showroom Assistant (London Showroom)

Salary: £15.92 per hour

Employment Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 10:00 - 17:00, Saturdays

About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, committed and people-oriented person to join Fermoie as a Saturday Showroom Assistant, working in our Flagship Pimlico Road Showroom to ensure outstanding service and presentation of the brand while striving to improve customer experience and building relations with customers, community and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with showroom operations on a Saturday, in accordance with procedures laid out in the operating manuals, including customer service and administration.
  • Ensuring outstanding customer service, assisting both trade and retail customers with schemes, account management, sampling and product ordering.
  • Stock management, ensuring accuracy through good record keeping.
  • Ensuring immaculate presentation in the showroom and basement storage and kitchen areas, inside and out.
  • Accurate order processing for clients, including the loan of products.

About You

Our ideal Saturday Showroom Assistant candidate will have outstanding communication and customer service skills along with interior design knowledge, and align closely with our company value of people-first in the way you interact with those around you. You will have a passion for excellence, a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills along with accurate record-keeping ability. Sustainability is at the heart of our business and we are looking for a Saturday Showroom Assistant who is willing to make this part of their everyday thinking in their role.

About The Company

Established in 2010 by Farrow & Ball founders Tom Helme and Martin Ephson, Fermoie is a creator of fine fabrics, lampshades and accessories. We design and manufacture all our products entirely in-house, using our own proprietary colour-mixing and production techniques.
