Our Savings Operations team plays a vital role in supporting our customers throughout their savings journey, ensuring every account is managed accurately, compliantly, and with care.
This role is based in Basingstoke working 5 days a week in the office.
The role and what you'll lead and deliver:
We're looking for a Savings Administrator to join our growing Operations team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administrative experience who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, working with accuracy, and making a real difference behind the scenes.
As a key member of our Savings Operations team, you'll be responsible for supporting our savings customers through a wide range of administration activities, ensuring an excellent experience at every stage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing savings administration tasks including account opening, customer onboarding, ISA processing, maturity and end-of-term activities, estate management, and customer queries
- Managing ISA transfers and liaising with ISA plan managers to ensure transfers are completed within regulatory timeframes
- Handling customer enquiries through written correspondence and telephone contact where required
- Delivering excellent customer service and acting as a positive ambassador for the Castle Trust Bank brand
- Supporting process control reporting and operational oversight activities
- Reviewing and updating operational procedures to ensure they remain accurate and effective
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements including BCOBS, GDPR, DISP, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)

What you'll bring:
Essential
- Significant experience working within an administration environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- A proactive approach to completing tasks and solving problems
- The ability to adapt positively to change and support continuous improvement initiatives
Desirable
- Proven experience working within Financial Services
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
