Let Us Tell You About The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced operational leader to join our Savings Operations team as a Savings Operations Manager. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of our Savings Operations function, spanning Personal Savings, SME Savings and Corporate Savings.
You'll lead a team of direct reports, ensuring we continue to deliver outstanding customer outcomes while driving efficiency, managing risk and embedding change across the function. At an exciting time of growth and transformation, we're looking for someone who can balance operational excellence with strategic thinking. Someone who thrives in a changing environment, builds strong stakeholder relationships and can lead teams through continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing your teams, creating a high-performing and engaged culture.
- Overseeing operational performance across the Savings business, ensuring service levels, customer outcomes and KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Managing operational risk, controls, governance and incident management activities.
- Using data and MI to identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational efficiencies.
- Partnering with stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Technology, Risk and Compliance to deliver business priorities.
- Supporting and leading transformation projects that improve customer experience, productivity and scalability.
- Ensuring operational readiness for change and driving successful adoption across teams.
- Working effectively with offshore and third-party operational partners to maximise service performance.
- Remaining flexible and adaptable, supporting wider operational priorities as the business continues to evolve.

What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience within a banking operations environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Experience leading operational teams, managing service delivery, KPIs, SLAs, risk and governance.
- A track record of driving operational excellence, continuous improvement and delivering strong customer outcomes.
- Comfortable working with offshore delivery models and cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading or supporting transformation, change or process improvement initiatives.
- Experience working within Savings operations is desirable, though not essential
