We’ve got some exciting new projects kicking off, and we’re looking for an automation expert who has experience creating frameworks from scratch. The first project will require you to be immediately available, so we will be prioritising those applications first.
About the Role
The Business Analyst will work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements, supporting the delivery of [projects/systems/processes] that improve efficiency and align with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Liaise with stakeholders across business and technical teams
- Produce process maps, user stories, and requirement specifications
- Support testing and validation of solutions against requirements
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions

Essential Skills & Experience
- [X]+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with requirement-gathering techniques (e.g. workshops, interviews)
- Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar
