Shape How Critical Defence Programmes Are Delivered

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to define and lead the delivery architecture behind some of our most strategic and complex programmes. This is a high-impact role where you'll sit at the centre of major bids and programme mobilisation activities, creating the operating model, governance framework and delivery ecosystem needed to turn ambitious customer outcomes into operational reality.

Rather than focusing on individual technical solutions, you'll architect how entire enterprises deliver. Working across customers, consortium partners, suppliers and internal teams, you'll establish the structures, processes and decision-making frameworks that enable large-scale programmes to be mobilised, integrated and successfully executed.

Initially supporting a major strategic bid opportunity, you'll create a scalable, repeatable enterprise delivery model that can be leveraged across future programmes and partner ecosystems.

What You'll Be Doing

Enterprise Architecture Leadership

  • Define and own the enterprise delivery architecture for strategic bids and programmes.
  • Connect customer objectives, governance, delivery processes, organisational design and programme execution into a single operating model.
  • Develop scalable frameworks that support effective delivery across multi-organisational environments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
