Role: SC Cleared ITSM / ITIL Consultant
Contract | UK | SC Clearance Required
Technology & Risk Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading client seeking experienced SC Cleared ITSM / ITIL Consultants to support organisations undergoing IT Service Management transformation.
This is a strategic advisory role, ideal for consultants who can assess ITSM maturity, review operational processes and provide independent recommendations around service management tooling and best practice.

Responsibilities
- Assess existing ITSM processes
- Conduct ITIL maturity assessments
- Review operating models and governance
- Recommend process improvements
- Advise on ITSM tool selection
- Work with senior stakeholders
- Produce recommendations and roadmap documentation
Experience Required
- Active SC Clearance
- Strong ITIL background
- ITSM consultancy experience
- Experience delivering ITSM assessments
- Experience advising on tool selection
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and other ITSM platforms
- Strong workshop facilitation skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
