SC Cleared Project Manager – Defence
Bristol | 2–3 days onsite per week | £300–£350/day Inside IR35 | SC Cleared | 6-Month Contract
We’re looking for an experienced SC Cleared Project Manager to support the delivery of semi-complex projects within a large-scale Defence/MoD environment.
You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage delivery across cost, time and performance, and work closely with customers and stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered.

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams
- Deliver projects within agreed cost, time and performance targets
- Manage risks, opportunities, dependencies and project governance
- Work closely with customers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
- Manage budgets, resources and project controls
- Monitor contract and supplier performance
- Identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
- Support the development of project management teams

What we’re looking for:
- Active SC Clearance
- Proven Defence/MoD experience – essential
- Proven experience leading and managing project teams
- Experience delivering semi-complex or multiple projects
- Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
- Experience managing cost, time, risk and project performance
- APM PMQ, MSP, PRINCE2 or similar is desirable
