ServiceNow Technical Consultant
Contract Length: 2-3 Months
Rate: Up to £450 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Predominantly Remote with occasional attendance in London
Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance required
Your new company
You will be supporting a project within the Ministry of Justice, working as part of a ServiceNow team delivering platform enhancements and remediation activities.
Your new role
As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will support ongoing ServiceNow enhancement work, platform improvements and backlog remediation activities. You will work closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders to maintain and improve ServiceNow capabilities across key service management functions.

Key responsibilities
- Support ServiceNow enhancements and backlog remediation activities.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions.
- Assist with incident, change and service management workflows.
- Provide technical support and contribute to platform improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior consultants and client stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.
Essential skills and experience
- Hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
- Experience supporting ServiceNow platform improvements.
- Active SC Clearance.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
