Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications in line with project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Contribute to source code management and version control practices using tools such as Git.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, utilising platforms like GitLab, Jenkins, or AWS CodeCommit.
- Implement unit testing frameworks to ensure software robustness and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement activities.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in software development using Java and C++.
- Proficiency with Spring Boot and reactive programming (e.g., Spring Reactive).
- Familiarity with source control management, particularly Git.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, CodeCommit).
- Experience writing and maintaining unit tests, preferably in Python.
- Security clearance at the SC level or higher.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience with ElasticSearch, Kibana, or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with ScalaTest or similar testing frameworks.
- Exposure to scalable architectures and cloud technologies.
