Job Description:
Do not treat this as a traditional performance tester role. This is a Performance Engineering role requiring candidates who can identify bottlenecks, define NFRs, analyze system behaviour, and drive performance improvements across cloud and modern platforms.

Sure-Shot Selection Profile:
If a vendor sends me a candidate with:
- 8-12 years total experience
- 5+ years Performance Testing
- JMeter and/or LoadRunner
- Dynatrace or New Relic
- Grafana and Splunk
- Azure/AWS performance testing
- Python scripting
- NFR definition experience
- Docker/Kubernetes exposure
- Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- Strong performance analysis and bottleneck identification
