Job Title: SCADA Operations & Maintenance Engineer

Job Overview:
As a SCADA Operations & Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company's Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system, providing remote support and onsite support to ensure its efficient and stable operation. You will collaborate with cross-departmental teams to support the company's SCADA needs through your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the operation of the SCADA system to ensure stable performance.
- Regularly inspect and maintain SCADA hardware and software, including servers, workstations, and network devices.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues within the SCADA system, including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Configure and optimize the SCADA system to enhance performance and reliability.
- Participate in SCADA system upgrade and expansion projects, including requirements analysis, design, and implementation.
- Write and update system operation documentation to standardize maintenance processes.
- Collaborate with the development team on custom development projects to meet specific business needs.
- Monitor network security to ensure the security of the SCADA system.
- Provide system operation reports and improvement recommendations to management.
- Travel to the client's site in the project destination country to provide technical support based on business needs.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:
- Familiarity with SCADA system architecture and principles.
- Strong network knowledge, including TCP/IP protocols, network security, and network package capture/analysis.
- Familiarity with common communication protocols in the power industry (IEC104, Modbus, OPC, IEC61850, etc.) and related testing software.
- Proficiency in SCADA database maintenance and data acquisition tools.
- Skilled in using Linux systems and MySQL databases.
- Ability to use scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automating tasks.
- Experience with SCADA software for the power industry.
Personal Qualities:
- Proficient in English for work-related communication.
- Mandarin reading and speaking is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong sense of responsibility, and good team spirit.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent demands.
